HAPPY HIPS

Vinyasa Flow: Dynamic
Duration: 1 Hour
A fluid Vinyasa practice designed to free your hips from all that you no longer need. Through mindful movement, deep stretches, and strengthening postures, this class helps create space, release tension, and improve hip mobility.
Stretch, strengthen, open, and release.
A physical, mental, and energetic practice to help you feel grounded, lighter, and more connected to yourself.
Perfect for easing lower back tension, increasing flexibility, strength, and awareness, while reconnecting with a sense of grounding and freedom.

YIN

Duration: 1 Hour
It’s time to awaken your Yin energy! We all carry both Yin & Yang energies within us, and yoga helps restore balance between them. At different times, we are called to express our Yin (feminine energy) and our Yang (masculine energy). Yin teaches us resilience, surrender, letting go, awareness, and presence. It reminds us that nothing is permanent and supports us in releasing attachment.
This class is a slow, meditative practice focused on the deep connective tissues of the body. Poses are held for longer periods, typically between 3 and 10 minutes, allowing space to soften, release tension, and improve flexibility with mindfulness.
I will guide you to breathe into each posture, observe sensations without force, and gently let go of physical, mental and emotional resistance.
This class supports deep relaxation, emotional balance, and a calmer nervous system. No prior experience is needed; just come as you are and trust the process.

CHAKRA FLOW

Vinyasa flow: Dynamic
Duration: 1 Hour
Inspired by the chakra system, the body’s energetic centers.
It's time to flow!
Through breath, movement, and mindful awareness, this class invites you to balance and reconnect with your physical and energies body. A flowing practice designed to awaken energy, restore harmony, and create inner strengths and alignment.
Every week, we will explore one of the 7 main chakras and flow through creative sequences inspired by the energy and qualities of the chakra of the week.
This class combines strength and stretch for the entire body and mind through dynamic movement, breathwork, affirmations and conscious flow. Improve balance, focus, flexibility, stamina, strength, and self-awareness while cultivating a deeper connection within yourself.
All levels welcome. Variations are offered throughout the practice.
NIDRA

Duration: 1 Hour
I will guide you through a deep and restful practice designed to bring the body into complete relaxation while maintaining gentle awareness.
You will begin in Shavasana by settling into a comfortable lying position, followed by a progressive relaxation of the entire body. The practice then guides you through breath awareness, body scanning, and visualization techniques to help release physical, mental, and emotional tension. The only thing you have to do is listen to my guidance and connect to my voice as I guide you throughout the practice.
Yoga Nidra supports deep rest, stress reduction, improved sleep quality, and a greater sense of inner calm and clarity. Almost No movement and no prior experience is required; simply lie down, listen, and allow yourself to rest fully.
Ideal for anyone seeking recovery, relaxation, or nervous system reset.

YIN &YANG

Vinyasa Flow & Yin
Duration: 1 Hour
This class blends the dynamic energy of Vinyasa Flow with the deep stillness of Yin Yoga, offering a complete balance of movement and relaxation.
The first half of the class begins with a Vinyasa Flow, linking breath with movement through a creative sequence of postures. This portion builds heat, strengthens the body, improves flexibility, and helps focus the mind through continuous flow.
The second half transitions into Yin Yoga, where poses are held for longer periods to target deep connective tissues, release tension, and encourage stillness. This slower practice promotes relaxation, flexibility, and inner awareness.
Perfect for students looking to combine strength and softness, effort and ease; all in one balanced practice.

PRACTICAL INFOS

🌸 If you have any injuries, specific body conditions, or medical concerns, please consult your doctor or healthcare professional before participating in the practice.
🌸 Equipment needed: a yoga mat, comfortable clothing, and a device to join the online class (computer, tablet, or phone).
🌸 For the best experience, we recommend downloading the Zoom app in advance. A computer, tablet, or TV-connected device is recommended for a more comfortable viewing experience.
🌸 Using headphones, wireless earbuds, or an external speaker can help you hear the guidance more clearly during class.
🌸 Optional props: 2 yoga blocks and a bolster.
🌸 ALL TIMES ARE BASED ON FINLAND TIME (EEST/EET)
🌸 Please join the class 5–10 minutes early to settle in and test your audio and video.
🌸 Practice in a quiet and comfortable space with enough room to move freely around your mat.
🌸 You are welcome to keep your camera on or off according to your comfort level.
🌸 Please hydrate well before practice. It is recommended to drink at least 1L of water between 4 and 2 hours before class.
