Please book your class at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.
Cancellations must be made at least 5 hours before class. Late cancellations or missed classes are non-refundable.

After your booking is confirmed, you will receive a Skrill payment link to complete your reservation.
Refund Policy
Cancellations made more than 5 hours before class may be rescheduled or transferred as class credit for a future session.
Late cancellations and missed classes are non-refundable.
If a class is cancelled by me, participants will receive either a full refund or class credit for a future session.
In case of unforeseen circumstances or exceptional situations, please feel free to contact me directly. Each situation will be considered with care and understanding.

Variations and modifications will be offered throughout the practice to support your individual needs and experience.
Equipment needed
A yoga mat, comfortable clothing, and a device to join the online class (computer, tablet, or phone on tripod).
Optional props
2 or more yoga blocks
a belt
a bolster.
Well connected
For the best experience, we recommend downloading the Zoom app in advance.
A computer, tablet, or TV-connected device is recommended for a more comfortable viewing experience.
Using headphones, wireless earbuds, or an external speaker can help you hear the guidance more clearly during class.

Please join the class 5–10 minutes early to settle in and test your audio and video.
Practice in a quiet and comfortable space with enough room to move freely around your mat.
You are welcome to keep your camera on or off according to your comfort level.
Health & Body Condition
If you have any injuries, specific body conditions, or medical concerns, please consult your doctor or healthcare professional before participating in the practice.
Please hydrate well before practice. It is recommended to drink at least 1L of water between 4 and 2 hours before class.
